Delicious Paneer Butter Masala
A creamy flavourful Indian dish made with cottage cheese and rich tomato gravy.
Ingredients
- 250g Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
- 2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
- 3 medium tomatos,purees
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- spices: turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, salt
Steps to prepare
- Heat butter in a pan and saute onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
- Mix in the tomatopuree,spices, and cook until the oi; separates
- Add paneer cubes and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in fresh cream and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with naan or steamed rice.
